too many people say that chinese undestand life than us;although i am personaly uninterested about their technological tools .Yet.This form of art known as Tai chi can be many things to many people. as a martial art it focuses at listening to the incoming force, yield, absorb incoming force and redirect. tai chi often attracts people who like peace and harmony. Tai chi is one of the most powerful exercise for health for people of any age.
