مولود جديد لتعزيز الحقل الثقافي و السينمائي المغربي تمثل في تأسيس الجمعية المغربية للدراسات السينمائية ومن بين المقومات الأساسية التي جاءت من أجلها الجمعية الحديثة: تعزيز المشهد السينمائي المغربي من خلال المشاركة في العمليات المواكبة للعمل السينمائي ، عرض ومناقشة أفلام سينمائية و تنظيم أنشطة و حلقات تكوينية وورشات و ندوات حول السينما و النقد السينمائي.وفي ما يلي نص البلاغ:

انعقد يوم السبت 16 يوليوز 2001 بالمركب الثقافي أنفا بالدار البيضاء، الجمع التأسيسي ل"الجمعية المغربية للدراسات السينمائية" (AMEC) بحضور مجموعة من الفعاليات الثقافية والسينمائية العاملة في البحث والدراسات والنقد السينمائي.

بعد مناقشة القانون الأساسي والمصادقة عليه تم انتخاب أعضاء المكتب الإداري للجمعية على الشكل التالي:

My name is Allal el Alaoui .I am a chronicler and cinemagoer.My dream is to see the world united and everybody smiles again.I have written a project with the help of my colleagues and friends namely Razak , Mustapha Hayran , Essafi and Ahmed Bakkali.
My initiative tackles a noble goal that gathers two gigantic dreaming compagnies ,Hollywood and Bollywood, into a glittering and yet artistic night where the world enjoys a wonderful meeting between stars and super-stars , actors and actresses in order to serve global peace without referring to any geographical space nor any ethnic, religious and political status ,but instead this show or event relies on the mutual respect between people and dialog of cultures .

When the world scintillates into ugliness, there comes a beautiful image that etches humanity to happiness.
Our initiative tackles a noble goal that gathers two gigantic dream compagnies Hollywood and Bollywood into a glittering and yet artistic night where the world enjoys a wonderful meeting between stars and super-stars , actors and actresses in order to serve global peace without refering to any geographical space nor any ethnic, religious and political status ,but instead this show or event relies on the mutual respect between people and dialog of cultures .

programming

the program of this manifestation will be articultated as follows :
Two speakers , an American or an Indian one or vice versa will present this artistic show .After a brief historical overview on both movies , we dissolve to the arrival of the two stars on the stage .We will project extras of the works of each star via a big screen on the background of the stage . Famous musicians come out to give beatiful performances either from Amercia , India or else where ( citing Shakira, Lata Mangeskhar,Yanni ; Jean Micheal Jarre ; Sheb Khaled, Bob dylan etc ,,,)
The show starts by presenting veterans of cinema , followed by the mature ones and ended by young and growing stars .Of course, we will pay hommage to the most famous filmmakers of both countires just like Orsen Welles and Satyajit Rai.
At the end of the show , stars will stand up altogether in order to pose for the photographers , There are many more other famous stars that could participate in this manifestation , but we only emphazises to invite the symbolic ones due to the timining of the programming show.

From this context, Allal El Alaoui went to the south of Morocco in order to discover the beauty of this region and its decent people .Allal writes his short film called Al Wassiya and will soon be shot around Zagora where there are beautiful dunes and cinematic Saharian views. Interesting casting was set to participate in this short film already en polimique.
